A friend of mine was asking how to set an image to black and white while leaving the eyes in color to bring out how beautiful they are. Basically this is accomplished by using masks This friend is using Lightroom so I’ll show how to do this in Lightroom, but incase you don’t have lightroom I’ll show how to quickly do this in Photoshop as well. (FYI I'm using Lightroom 3.3 and Photoshop CS5, but these techniques will work in any recent version of Photoshop as well as Lightroom 2)
