this image was taken early morning in the garden of the gods, here in colorado springs. this place is fantastic, i always love coming here. 

hopefully you are enjoying this new feature. let me know if you are hoping for something specific. a friend of mine and i are planning a colorado fall colors trip soon and i might have a second september calendar (probably half way through the month) or i might save it for october.

i have added a new photo gallery to the site. these are some photos i took in downtown colorado springs one early morning in 2006. i am not to bad at waking up in the morning, but with my camera in hand a cup of coffee durring the car ride i was ready to go and had a lot of fun just spending about two hours as the sun came up walking around.

after almost 8 years of time spent in colorado springs, i have grown to love this place more and more. in reflection on my earlier post, take the time to bring a camera, any camera wherever you go. iphone, point and shoot, dslr, whatever, just bring it. document your life, take the time to take a picture. you will thank yourself for doing it.
